LISA DONATO

Managing Partner

     

Lisa Donato, Managing Partner, is a corporate management professional with over 20 years of professional sourcing and human resource management experience. Lisa has significant experience in strategic human resource planning, performance management, staffing, employee benefits, compensation, training and development. Her career has included success in mid-large privately held corporations and Private Equity Companies. Through her ability to build highly productive relationships at all levels, drive critical change management initiatives and develop key talent throughout organizations-Lisa’s endeavors prove successful results.

Lisa holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Human Resource Management from Franklin University. She has completed many training and leadership programs including: The Ritz Carlton Leadership Series and is DISC Certified. In Lisa’s spare time, she enjoys practicing yoga and spending time with her family.

GINA SIMM, MBA

Client Services Manager – Healthcare

     

Gina Simm, Client Services Manager- Healthcare, has 10 years of experience in healthcare administration with a local, world-renowned hospital. From managing large enterprise programs, to leading and implementing strategic projects, she has a diverse background grounded in HR and Program Management. Gina is results oriented and has a passion for people and building long lasting relationships. She is looking forward to utilizing her passions to support her candidates and clients in achieving great results.

Gina holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from Cleveland State University. In her spare time, she enjoys creating memories with her son, husband, friends, and big Italian family!

Katharine Casto, Professional Recruiter, has built her career on a foundation of exceptional service, integrity, and passion for what she does. Her ability to develop relationships and understand the needs of her customers is exceptional. While her experience is strong in the healthcare and manufacturing sectors, she has proven she can be successful in any area.

Kathy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Baldwin Wallace along with several certifications and additional training that support her professional goals. She is a Northeast Ohio native and dedicated to helping the communities that she supports, and does so through professional collaboration and strong partnerships. In Kathy’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her children, family, and close friends.

ANGELA KOTARA

Recruitment Administrator

     

Angela Kotara, Recruitment Administrator, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with minors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Youngstown State University. Angela has experience in sales, marketing and client services and will be an integral part of our team of professionals. Angela is passionate about providing excellent customer service and creating long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Angela is a Northeast Ohio native who is passionate about giving back to her community. She enjoys summer the most and loves spending time outdoors whether it is jet skiing, hiking, or soaking up the sun. In her spare time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her boyfriend, close-knit family, and friends.
